Disputes
There will be the odd occasion where the ATM doesn't give out the correct money or any money at all. This can happen for a number of reasons but rest assured, we will process your dispute as quickly as possible. Email us at info@atm2go.com.au with your details and we'll investigate your dispute and get back to you as soon as we can. Alternatively, you can lodge a dispute with your card's issuing bank and it will be passed onto us.
Please ensure your dispute request includes the following information:
- Name
- Location of ATM
- Amount Requested
- Amount Dispensed
- Copy of Receipt as an attachment
If you are unable to provide us with a receipt please lodge your dispute with your card issuing bank directly.
